Our Team
We are a dedicated and qualified daycare team, supporting children in their development with care, professional expertise and enthusiasm. We work according to the Colibri quality management system and place great importance on the continuous development of our educational work.
Through regular training and professional development, we expand our knowledge, incorporate current educational insights and continuously strengthen our skills. This enables us to support the children entrusted to us individually, respectfully and to a high educational standard.
Group Structure
Our daycare center provides children of different ages with a safe and stimulating place to play, learn and grow. In four groups, we support children from nursery age through to the end of primary school.
Our nursery group offers children up to the age of three a protected environment in which they can take their first steps into the community at their own pace and receive support according to their individual stage of development.
In our kindergarten groups, we care for children between the ages of three and six or seven. The mixed-age structure creates a wide range of opportunities for interaction and learning. Younger and older children can learn from one another, take on responsibility and support each other in their development.
A special part of our educational work is inclusive care. Our inclusion group can accommodate children with additional care and support needs. A total of six inclusion places are available. The framework and the deployment of appropriately qualified staff are based on the individual needs of the children and the applicable legal requirements.
For children in grades 1 to 4, our after-school care group provides a reliable environment after the school day. Alongside supervision, the focus is on independence, community, leisure activities and supporting children as they take on increasing responsibility for themselves.
The educational structures and activities in our groups are based on the children’s age, stage of development and individual needs. At the same time, consistent daily routines and reliable caregivers provide security and orientation. In this way, we create an environment in which every child can follow their own path, discover their abilities and experience what it means to be part of a community.
